Shipping days are typically Mondays & Tuesdays, unless requested on another day/date. We ship both Priority and First Class. Priority is recommended because the estimated delivery is shorter, and insurance is included up to $50 with Priority. Shipping requests can be made by special instruction in checkout or writing us on Instagram @moonlitsolsucculents
All plants are shipped bare root, meaning no soil or pot. Most often plants have very sparse or no roots due to import requirements, but don't worry, they regrow them fairly quickly :)
We take extremely great care in packaging our plants, wrapping and padding them well in tissue paper to ensure safe arrival to it's destination
We have a no return/refund/replacement policy regarding all of our plants, unless the plant arrives damaged (ie. rot, missing leaves, broken). The plant also has to have been shipped Priority Mail. In which case, images of the damage must be supplied within 48 hours to receive the refund or replacement. Refunds and replacements are not guaranteed, and are evaluated on a case by case basis. This is because we have had cases in which someone thought a plant was damaged or rotted and cut and pulled the plants apart, only to find the plant was fine, then requested a refund.
We also can no longer replace or refund plants sent via First Class mail. The reason for this being, First Class takes longer to arrive to its destination, it also is not insured.
We are not responsible for any issues regarding the post office and shipment/delivery. If a package takes longer to deliver than the estimated delivery dates and the plant/s arrive damaged or stretched, please contact the post office to file a claim. We cannot be held responsible for problems with postage (unless it was our fault).
Packages not delivered to a home address (P.O. Box, work addresses, family addresses etc.) will not get replacements or refunds as well because of the potential to take longer to receive the package.
Discounted plants are also non refundable. Most often they are discounted due to imperfections, the buyer agrees to these imperfections upon purchase of the plant, and images are shown in listing depicting imperfections.
